Martin Back Joins HR Team

Martin Back has joined company as Resourcing Manager, reporting to Tracy Noble, Head of Human Resources.

In this role, Martin will be responsible for all recruitment activity, internal and external hires, managing external recruitment consultant and agency contracts. In addition, he will work on creating our employer branding strategy.

Martin joins us from SPD Development Company – Clearblue where he worked for the past three years having set up their resourcing function.
