Together for more diversity within the company !

The AAG European Executive Committee has decided to put in place a Diversity & Inclusion Committee at the European level.

The Committee for Diversity and Inclusion aims to better define the following key concepts as they are part of our corporate culture:

 

To strengthen our common values and contribute to a more diverse-conscious company, the committee will define several initiatives in each country. The goal of these initiatives will include increase of female rate in management positions, integration of talent with different background and fair payment.
