Logistics

We provide supply chain solutions for Gates which takes care of warehouse management and logistics operations, including shipping from the factory to receipt at a purpose built facility in Sheffield. Here we have the latest technologies to take care of repackaging, inventory management and all necessary reverse logistics. These can include buy backs, stock cleanses, returns and warranty issues.

Delivery

Using an established nationwide delivery network, we are then able to put Gates’ products in the right place. Single unit deliveries are handled right up to full pallet loads.

Gates’ deliveries are catered for whether they are scheduled, on demand or multi-drop off deliveries, even multi-load to multi-drop off deliveries are catered for.

Order Fulfilment

Order fulfilment is another aspect of our service to Gates. Gates’ customers are given the highest levels of service whether it is through telesales, online or integrated system ordering. We process their stock orders and deliver their products to where they are needed, quickly and efficiently.

We take this service to the next level, with fully developed customer relationship and account management with Gates divisions. The next stage of our service is working in partnership with Gates to push their products to the customer.

This service to Gates is further complemented by additional value added services. Business intelligence solutions are implemented as is reporting to monitor all activity.
