WAI to warn garages over poor quality rotating electrics

Bognor Regis, England 2019: Range extensions will dominate WAIglobal’s presence at Automechanika Birmingham, held from 4 to 6 June at Birmingham NEC.

Exhibiting as part of the Marathon Warehouse Distribution village, WAI will be promoting extended ranges of rotating electrics, window regulators, wiper motors, ignition coils and MAF sensors.

More than 120 new parts have been added in the past year and so Automechanika Birmingham comes at a perfect time to demonstrate to customers the breadth of WAI’s product range. WAI is also using the event to highlight the importance of quality parts with the internationally-recognised supplier bringing 100 percent new alternators and starter motors to market using premium materials.

And, following on from the success of its window regulator range, offering independent garages a much more favourable option over main dealer equivalents, WAI will be unveiling new point of sale material for motor factors to promote this much needed product range to the trade.

With recent investment in WAI’s computer systems and an improvement in cataloguing data, WAI is perfectly positioned to raise its profile among Automechanika Birmingham visitors.

Richard Welland, WAIglobal UK managing director, said: “In the past year, we’ve listened to the market and responded on the areas that matter to our customers. Introducing new part numbers has been key, coupled with having availability of these expanded ranges through our same-day supply agreement with Marathon Warehouse Distribution.

“Automechanika Birmingham is all about the people and offers us a chance to meet with motor factors and independent garages. One of the key focal points of our stand is to remind garages of the importance of choosing quality rotating electrics Poor quality starters and alternators can result in serious consequences for a vehicle’s engine, leading to expensive repair bills and therefore it is recommended to opt for a proven product first time round to avoid bigger costs in the long run.”

WAIglobal UK will be exhibiting at Automechanika Birmingham as part of the Marathon Warehouse Distribution Village on stand H120.
