The NAPA Auto Parts Branch Conference marked its second consecutive year as a standout event, and for the first time, following the completion of the commercial rebrand, it welcomed colleagues from NAPA Auto Parts – Commercial and the Republic of Ireland. Held at the Magna Centre in Rotherham, the conference was a resounding success, gathering more than 350 dedicated employees from NAPA Auto Parts and NAPA Auto Parts – Commercial, in addition to over 80 esteemed suppliers. Attendees experienced a day filled with inspiration, collaboration, and recognition.

The conference provided an opportunity for colleagues to hear directly from the senior leadership team, who shared exciting details about upcoming projects and strategic growth plans designed to drive the business forward. This session set a collaborative tone for the rest of the event, emphasising the importance of innovation and teamwork within the NAPA community.
