Alliance Automotive Group Expands Network with Two New Acquisitions

Alliance Automotive Group UK&IE (AAG) are pleased to announce our most recent acquisitions of Auto Parts South Wales and McLaughlin Motor Factors, continuing our investment in growing our business and strengthening our presence across the UK and Ireland.

Auto Parts South Wales operates two branches in Pontypridd and Cardiff, employing 28 colleagues and generating annual sales of approximately £4 million.

McLaughlin Motor Factors, based in Buncrana, County Donegal, is a single-site motor factor employing 15 colleagues and generating annual turnover of approximately €2.5 million.

The acquisitions form part of AAG’s continued expansion of its regional footprint and enhancing service and support for customers across its network.
