Contacting IT Support

The AAG IT Support Team has been tasked with supporting the whole group. To streamline this service, all historic support email addresses and phone numbers have been consolidated into the following.

01274 507 088 is the main support number and is manned by the IT Support Team from 7am through to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 7am to 1pm on Saturday. There is someone available outside of these hours for emergencies, however they are only dealing with critical issues that prohibit a site from working.

All old telephone numbers and email addresses will be phased out at the end of this month, so please ensure that your records are updated with the support teams details. If you have any issues or concerns with tickets raised, you can contact the helpdesk and speak with the Support Team Leader (Kiran Sakaria).

Please note, this does not apply to Platinum employees who will continue to contact their current service desk until further notice.
