Introducing Expansion Tanks from Nissens Automotive

Nissens Automotive’s newly introduced expansion tank range includes 26 items, covering +105 OE numbers and +360 truck models.

All Nissens’ expansion tanks are designed, manufactured and tested to match OE quality. The expansion tank development process includes a number of tests, such as vibration, pressure-impulse, thermal expansion and burst, eliminating the risk of leakage or insufficient cooling performance.

The expansion tank range is part of Nissens Automotive’s ‘First Fit’ program, which means that they come with sensors and caps included in the packaging where applicable. This ensures a quick and smooth installation process.

Product Benefits

All expansion tanks are welded with advanced machinery to ensure the strongest possible connection of the top and bottom part. Each individual tank is leak tested before shipment. The highest quality fittings ensure a secure and consistent fit that will last.

All sensors are individually function tested and pre-mounted on the expansion tank for quick installation. Pressure caps are included in the box and individually tested for correct opening pressure.

Nissens’ always use PA66GF33 or PP Plastic, matching OE quality. This ensures advanced heat and stress resistance. All materials are tensile tested and no recycled materials are used.
