AAG acquires Bünde-based Klapper Autoteile GmbH

The Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) is delighted to announce the acquisition of Klapper Autoteile GmbH Co. KG, based in Bünde, North Rhine-Westphalia, from its sole shareholder Andreas Klapper, subject to approval by antitrust authorities.
